Roles and Responsibilities For Associate

• Conduct the internal controls and auditing plan, and keep monitoring continued compliance and adherence to rules and guidelines related to the filing of returns and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Working together with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts payable flows and make processes more efficient.
• You will coordinate client and vendor relationship management to address concerns and foster smooth communication.
• Get you valuable insights regarding payables, Cash Flow, expense trends.

Roles and Responsibilities For Accounts & Finance

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Help prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to inform management decisions.
• Taxation & Compliance: Filing GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations on time and compliance with financial regulations.
• Financial Statement Audit: Preparing the audit report to be issued by the auditor.
• Reconciliation: Conduct bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate books.

Roles and Responsibilities For Non-Voice Insurance

• Responsibilities include handling policy documentation, verifying customer details, processing claims, and updating records in internal systems.
• The role requires strong attention to detail to review and validate insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining data integrity.
• Effective coordination with internal teams and insurance providers is essential to resolve queries and ensure seamless workflow.
• Additionally, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards is crucial.
• The position also involves generating reports, assisting in audits, and continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth and customer-centric insurance process.
