Act as HighRadius Administrator overseeing all the products utilized by XPO for daily operations including Collections, Cash Applications and Credit Cloud. 2. Responsible for ensuring all necessary data for HighRadius Cloud is current to ensure accuracy and optimize performance levels across all modules, including Collections, Cash Applications and Credit. 3. Troubleshoot end-user issues related to HRC, Oracle, and other systems within ABC Company. Raise and monitor ticket statuses through resolution with HRC and internal service desks, ensuring SLAs are met. Participate in meetings with HRC to review and discuss open tickets. 4. Should demonstrate proficiency in navigating multiple systems to research and resolve issues effectively. Skills For Associate Analyst, Order to Cash: Associate Analyst, Order to Cash: 1.
