- Attend to the front office, answer calls and monitor entry and exit of all guests.
- Organising Lunch/refreshments for the team/external meetings at office.
- Greet guests and seat them in the designated meeting rooms and ensure they are offered refreshments.
- Organising team celebrations for festivals and special occasions.
- EA assistance for some team members – including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, etc.
- Maintain pantry and office supplies. Place orders online as required.
- Manage deal generation on the CRM
