Roles & Responsibilities for Inside Sales Executive
- Outreach and connect to pre generated leads via cold calls (80-100 calls)
- Promote Naukri FastForward services to new prospects
- Follow up phone calls with existing customers, to pilot repeat sales
- Take up a comprehensive understanding of products/services and provide assistance in identifying the customer suitability
- Regularly achieving or surpassing key performance indicators (daily and monthly goals) around call metrics and sales
- Meet sales targets through acquisition of new customers and drive growth / revenue from existing accounts
- Conform to established processes and quality metrics
