AR Caller – Roles & Responsibilities
- Inquire with insurance companies about medical claims’ status.
- Follow up on outstanding claims, unpaid.Collect outstanding claims/claims pending.
- Communicate with insurance agents in order to fix claims.
- Review patient accounts and review claim information.
- Recognize rejection of claims and determine the cause of the rejection.
- Supply documents and/or information needed for claim processing.
- Be aware of stay informed, stay up to date and claim information.
- Follow-up the claim on a regular basis until resolved.
- Call and claim follow-up to meet daily goals.
- Follow company guidelines regarding patient and insurance information.
