Responsibilities For Sr. AR callers
- Initiate follow up with the Clients and Insurance companies for the outstanding collections
- Regularly check on pending invoices and payment status over the telephone.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and collection-related tasks.
- Handle payment discrepancies and billing issues.
- Check account information and find overdue debts
- Keep daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and collections.
- Work closely with the internal teams to get the concerns related to the accounts (i.e.
- Remind them about the payment and bool their lashes at any promised date of payment.
- Prepare collection reports, update them as and when required.
