JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities for Process Executive :

1.Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in order to efficiently and professionally handle problems, offer assistance, and answer consumer questions.
2.Analyze and address client concerns or complaints while keeping an eye on customer satisfaction by adhering to established protocols.
3.Using the CRM system or other approved tools, accurately record customer interactions, updates, and resolutions.
4.Reach or surpass performance indicators like customer satisfaction ratings, call quality, and resolution time.
5.Take part in training courses and offer suggestions for improving service quality and process changes.

Eligibility for Process Executive

1.Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; graduation is often preferred.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to handle international customers effectively.
3.Prior experience in a voice-based customer service or BPO role is an advantage but not always mandatory.
4.Familiarity with computer systems, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
5.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility for Oncology Data Abstraction Specialist :

1. Examine and extract pertinent clinical information about oncology cases from medical records, such as patient history, diagnosis, treatment plans, and results.

3.Conduct routine audits to verify the quality and correctness of the data that has been abstracted, fixing any inconsistencies or mistakes.

Skills Required for Oncology Data Abstraction Specialist :

1.Ability to accurately review and abstract complex medical data, ensuring precision in recording and entering oncology-related information.
2.In-depth understanding of oncology terms, cancer staging systems (such as TNM), treatment regimens, and clinical protocols to accurately abstract relevant data.
3.Proficiency in analyzing clinical data, identifying patterns, and ensuring data consistency and reliability across various sources.
4.Expertise in using electronic health records (EHR), cancer registry software, and databases for data entry, management, and retrieval.
5.Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with healthcare providers, research teams, and to document findings clearly.
