Inchcape Mega Walkin Drive – roles & Responsibilities for Support Function Executive
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, customers, port authorities, customs officials, immigration officers, vessel masters, vendors (launch providers, transportation, hotels, etc.), etc. to ensure smooth turnaround of a port call.
- Understand the CLS Product & Delivery, Standard Operating Procedure and support the team in liaising with Customer & Vendors, Government authorities and Local performing office.
- Ensure team are accurately inputting operational and commercial information into Inchcape systems in a timely and diligent manner
- Handling the vessels and the requested services, received from Ship Management companies and Vessel Master.
- Providing Okay to Board / Letter of invitation for crew change services.
- Check Port System and contact Charterer agency for berthing prospects.
- Calculate Cost Estimate/PDA and Close Estimates/CE for services and provide the same to customer.
- Organizing and coordinating aspects of port call from booking berth allocation till arranging services ahead of vessel arrival.
- Ensuring Infallible handling, updating of all applications (OneDA / Optic), documentation before and after vessel departure, Vessel Attendance report etc
- Ensure full compliance with and implementation of ISS HSSE Management System.
