- Assist enterprise account executives with pre-demo research, tracking deal progress, and supporting proposal preparation.

- Participate in customer calls to gain clarity on operational needs and calling script dependencies.
- Define and document the data required to support both business logic and operational execution.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
