- Assist in defining product requirements and documenting user stories for the Direct Debit product.
- Partner with the engineering team to scope, design, and test solutions.
- Collect and analyze merchant and customer feedback to shape product decisions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support roadmap planning.
- Help prepare product documentation, presentations, and internal training materials.
