Role Description for Financial Crime and Customer Experience Operations- FCCX
- Detection and investigation of alerts generated by the system to prevent the financial crime and money laundering risks to Allica. Making decisions that will safeguard our customers according to the results of your analysis.
- Analyzing and processing system generated alerts pertaining to adverse media on Allica customers. Evaluations of the effect on the banking relationship and steps to be taken.
- Customer change of details, processing customer change of details alert to make sure that the records of the Bank are accurate and up-to-date.
- Dealing with other financial institutions in recovery of fraud.
- The job will be working with UK teams and hence a shift pattern will be followed according to UK time (12noon-8pm IST or 1pm-9pm IST).
