Key Responsibilities For Claims Operations Associate
- Offer special operational and administrative services to the Claims team.
- Monitor and track open claims to keep track of all requirements, deadlines and subjectivities that should be fulfilled.
- Properly handle claim forms, such as collecting and authenticating documentation.

- Billing-related processes in coordination with carriers and internal teams, based on claims.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent knowledge of insurance terms, claims procedures and documentation policies.
- Prior experience in the insurance business (agent, broker, or carrier), preferably in claims operations.
- Knowledge of insurance management systems and/or CRMs.
- Good attention to details, accuracy and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote working and fast acclimatization skills.
- Active, trustworthy, comfortable to assume responsibility in a service-oriented position.
- Strongly preferred is commercial insurance experience.
