Roles and Responsibilities for Business Development Executive
- Admission & Discharge Management Coordinate inpatient admissions, room placement and discharge management
- Billing & Insurance — Work on inpatient billing, TPA/corporate insurance approvals and act as final settlement at the time of discharge.
- Patient Liaison: Be the main person for patients and their families to talk to, talking with doctors and assisting with any non medical issues.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
