Roles & Responsibilities for Intern – Delivery Operations
- Assist with day-of delivery tasks and route planning to ensure all paperwork is completed and orders are ready for delivery in a timely manner.
- Help monitor how well last-mile delivery is working and resolve basic operational issues
- Coordinate with delivery vendors and internal departments to ensure that orders go out seamlessly.
- To report, you’ll need some means of tracking delivery metrics, delays and exceptions.
