Roles & Responsibilities For Internship
- Learning and Development- Aid in learning the daily work routine of the department.
- Attend training and team meetings to learn business processes.
- Do your research/lift a few when you’re going after some of the current work.
- Project Support- Work under team lead or a manager to finish the tasks given.
- Assist in drafting papers, presentations and reports as necessary.
- Work with teammates on short and long-term projects.

- Collaborate ac ross teams for project coherence with bp’s strategic goals.
- Operate in an Agile environment to co-ordinate project milestones with iterative delivery schedules.
- Delivery oversight in Agile environments
- Coordinate across teams to monitor progress, eliminate blockers and ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Risk and change management
- Facilitate and enable Agile practices at the organizational level.
- Ensure that project success is not jeopardized so much as unacceptably.
- Prepare and keep up to date appropriate contingency plans for those risks that become problems.
- Proactively resolve problems and modify plans in order to effect changes.
