Role and responsibilities of an Associate Software Developer

• Taking care of the Assyst Tickets of Global Support and resolving them as per agreed SLAs.
• Resolve the technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Understanding the hiring from them and resolving or providing the solutions by executing the Functional Design prepared by Functional Team for Process Owners.
• Execution of the project plans for SAP Business rollouts as a part of KSB SE KGaA IT strategy.
• Contribute in the execution for Global Projects for worldwide rollout mainly from the technical side.
• Coordination and Management of external partner to follow up on Project and assigned work
• Continuous interaction with business users to implement new functionalities in business one to provide business benefits
• Continuously coming up with new ideas related to new technologies and tools to improve the working of SAP Business One from technical side.

Eligibility Criteria of an Associate Software Developer

• Good Technical Skills and analytical skills
• Understand functional hiring and translate into technical scope
• Good understanding of integration between various modules in SAP Business One
• Configuration of SAP Business One
• Knowledge of support processes after go-live
• Good knowledge of MS SQL DB, HANA DB and SQL queries, HANA queries, crystal reporting tool
• Continuous Improvements
• Creation and supporting of Add On with C# .Net, B1UP
• Knowledge of B1if, service layer, HANA reporting, Python, will be added advantage.
