NTT DATA is seeking applications for the role of Joint Recovery Processing/ Chargeback Analyst as a part of Mega Online Interview Drive 2026. This is a good opportunity for candidates wishing to begin and grow their career in the banking and financial services. The selected applicants as Chargeback Analysts will become part of a team carrying out investigative, analytical and assessment based work of a financial nature for credit card case disputes, chargebacks and recovery processing. Staff will be accountable to the Supervisor of Joint Recovery Processing and will be tasked with the review of transaction data, identification of transaction discrepancies, supporting the case resolution process, and ensuring banking processes and operational compliance are met. This role will provide experience to personnel who have a background in Risk, Banking and/or Financial Services, and experience in Business Process Outsourcing as it will serve to enhance applicant’s exposure to advanced financial investigations and assessments of customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Use the TDR case management system to analyze fraud and dispute cases and process them while ensuring that internal service levels remain applicable.
- Comply with Association Rules and Regulations to manage all activities in the chargeback lifecycle.
- Manage and research proactively on all cases of fraud as warranted.
- Process retrieval requests and system-generated requests ensure all cardholders’ supporting documentation is submitted.
- Manage all cardholder and non-cardholder disputes to recover funds in the First Cycle Chargeback.
- Have a complete knowledge of all Association Rules and Regulations and explain to cardholders when required.
- Manage cases in a way that fraud patterns can be analyzed and assessed by the fraud strategy team.
- Provide a report on each fraud type when required.
- Follow the internal escalation process in line with Quality Standard Guidelines, and PCI compliance framework.
Eligibility
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in finance, business administration, or any related major.
- Credit card and/or financial service experience, 1–4 years minimum.
- Experience in recoveries and chargebacks in the financial services Industry.
- Knowledge of the Association’s rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of TS2 & TDR would be an advantage.
- Very good English communication skills with the ability to actively listen, and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with good negotiation skills.
- Personal qualities of adaptability, flexibility, even-temperament, focus, and reliability.
