NTT DATA is looking to fill a Transaction Monitoring Associate role in Gurugram, India with an online hiring event, and is looking for candidates with 2-6 years of experience, having an educational background of any stream. NTT DATA Online Interview Overview :-

Responsibilities:

• Use the TDR case management system to analyze fraud and dispute cases and process them while ensuring that internal service levels remain applicable.
• Comply with Association Rules and Regulations to manage all activities in the chargeback lifecycle.
• Manage and research proactively on all cases of fraud as warranted.
• Process retrieval requests and system-generated requests ensure all cardholders’ supporting documentation is submitted.
• Manage all cardholder and non-cardholder disputes to recover funds in the First Cycle Chargeback.
• Have a complete knowledge of all Association Rules and Regulations and explain to cardholders when required.
• Manage cases in a way that fraud patterns can be analyzed and assessed by the fraud strategy team.
• Provide a report on each fraud type when required.
• Follow the internal escalation process in line with Quality Standard Guidelines, and PCI compliance framework.

Eligibility

• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in finance, business administration, or any related major.
• Credit card and/or financial service experience, 2–6 years minimum.
• Experience in recoveries and chargebacks in the financial services Industry.
• Knowledge of the Association’s rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of TS2 & TDR would be an advantage.
• Very good English communication skills with the ability to actively listen, and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with good negotiation skills.
• Personal qualities of adaptability, flexibility, even-temperament, focus, and reliability.
