Roles & Responsibilities For FinCrime Analyst :
- Protecting customer’s accounts from fraudulent intrusion
- Investigating APP (Authorised Push Payment) and ATO (Account takeover) claims raised by our customers through the app.
- Chat communication of ATO and app claims status to customers
- Owning issues and internal processes end to end
- Working with colleagues in London, Krakow, Porto and Lviv to troubleshoot customer issues
- Helping to foster a culture where putting the customer first is paramount.
- Assisting other Fraud teams to broaden your FinCrime understanding
Eligibility Criteria
- General understanding of AML and KYC procedures
- Analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic financial transaction and risk awareness.
- Excellent eye for detail, which allows spotting fraudulent and suspicious transactions.
- Proficiency in software such as MS Excel or any data analytics tools.
- Good report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced and target-oriented atmosphere.
- Flexibility with shifts (company-specific).
