Roles & Responsibilities For Data Engineer, People Analytics
- Creating ETL pipelines which combine data from different HR systems into single, analytics-ready datasets.
- Designing and managing scalable data infrastructure using Airflow for orchestration/management of your ETL pipeline and dbt as a transformation tool.
- Creating efficient data models and schemas that satisfy reporting hiringaround the People Experience landscape.
- Building end-to-end data quality monitoring solution guaranteeing people analytics accuracy and reliability
- Working together with analysts and business side to understand complex requirements and translating them into scalable data solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities For Data Engineer, People Analytics
- Utilize 2+ years of experience using dbt for data transformation
- 5+ years of data engineering experience.
- Have a Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master SQL and Python for wrangling and analyzing the data.
- Experience with Airflow (2+ years; hands on experience for orchestrating workflows)
- Utilize cloud infrastructures and AWS data services.
- It is a plus to have experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
- And familiarity with any of these data visualization tool s (by order: Tableau / Power BI) is a plus.
