- Create and maintain technical documentation such as developer guides, user manuals, installation guides for our software products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to understand and document product functionality and features.
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, clear, and concise, and meets the needs of our customers and end-users and also adheres to FIS branding guidelines.
- Work with development and quality assurance teams to ensure that documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and functionality. Follow established documentation standards and processes and contribute to the development and improvement of these standards and processes.
- Participate in product design and review meetings to provide input on documentation requirements and best practices.
