Walk-in Drive at Sahyadri Hospitals-Staff Nurse Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Providing direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assessment and Monitoring: Conducting patient assessments, monitoring patients’ conditions, and documenting any changes in their health status. This includes keeping detailed records of patients’ medical histories and progress.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients. This involves effective communication and coordination to ensure that patients receive holistic and quality care.
• Patient Education: Educating patients and their families about various health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. This includes providing information on medication management, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being.
