Roles and Responsibilities For Warehouse Specialist

• Confirming incoming material & to ensure proper receipt in terms of quality, quantity, batch and data entry in the SAP system.
• Planning on storage of material (seeds/non-Seeds) in the warehouse in accordance with storage capacity and locations.
• Create transfer order from OPO and issue materials to processes.
• Execute shipping orders –for both Stock Transfers and Direct shipments,
• Daily monitoring of cold storage parameters (Internal & External)
• Receiving of final goods in dispatch location based on OPO confirmation,
• Monthly inventory validation & report generation.
• Quarterly Physical verification of available stock Vs issued & report sharing to finance.
• Attending Tier2 meetings, maintaining 5S and onePSS initiatives.
• Providing Goods Receipt information to sampling team for sampling process.
• Responsible for WH, Shipment & Lab weekly, monthly reports.
• Disposal of JUNK/Write off seeds following statutory compliance.
• Responsible for inspection of inward non-seeds material.
• Maintenance of stock registers as a part of statutory compliance
• GR/GI of inward material within Lead time.
• Sample dispatches to destinations and coordinating with EXIM team for Phyto processes.

Roles and Responsibilities For Manager

• Right computation and payment of GST liability by apropriate use of ITC, including an analysis on capital expenditure.
• Handle monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns prepared and filed timely ensuring full reconciliation with GST Tax GL accounts having cash/Credit balance on GSTN portal.
• GST & ISD registration compliances, Apportionment of ISD credit and reconciliation with books
• Reconcile GSTR2A with receivable GLs timely.
• Timely filing and tracking of GST refunds for exports or deemed exports till realization in books of company.
• Renewal of Bond / LUT well in time for seamless processings of Export and Deemed export transaction.
• Frequent co-ordination with C&FAs, Customers and Business Users for real time assistance in clearing GST related queries which include e-way bills, e-invoicing, GSTR-1 amendment requests from customers amongst others.
• Co-ordination with Tax authorities and also filing of appeals (Pre-GST) for pending assessment, audit & litigations.
• Present the company’s case diligently before the authorities to protect is interest and ensure amicable closure of cases.
• Prepare, gather and submit necessary data and documentation for department inquiries, reviews or appeals in a timely manner.
• Regularly review contingent liabilities and litigation matters to ensure that the information is maintained in company records.
• Ensure pending statutory forms are collected, issued and reconciled
