Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to service-related help desk tickets. Provide consistent and accurate information in response to flagged inquiries.
- Scope, manage and update customer cases according to SLAs
- Check customer orders, account information and service history
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance and other teams to solve operational challenges
- The ability to log service requests and escalate complex cases accordingly.
- For entry, validation and maintenance of customer and transaction information in internal systems
- Assist with any Invoicing, Order Processing, Returns or other service-related activities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have a Graduate degree in any stream from a recognised university.
