Responsibilities For Coordinator, Global Procurement
- Purchasing
- Support the Procurement Lead through all steps of purchase and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Facilitate order placements and returns
- Handle procurement-related queries and documentation
- Measure on-time-ness of goods and services delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors
- PO Management
- Coordinate purchase requisition requests, and purchase order creation & maintenance with internal teams
- Monthly reporting
- Keep records of mails, docs and contracts in shared drive
- To ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance with 1-2 years of experience experience ideally from Procurement.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong experience on Service Now and Microsoft dynamics 365 is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple projects
- Team player who has worked in a virtual and remote environment as well
- Organize time, resources and workflows while validating the work by supervising and monitoring information.
