- Adhere to established processes and applicable rules and regulations.
- Recognize the requirements of customers to provide the appropriate banking service.
- Work with other departments whenever the service required is beyond the scope of this department.

- Keep learning the various products and services that the bank has and the various methods the bank uses to carry out its functions.

- Eligibility: Any Graduate from a recognized university (Freshers are eligible too ).
