Job description 1.Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account details, transactions, loans, and credit cards. 2.Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services. 3.Address and resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner. 4.Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department and ensure follow-ups until closure. 5.Promote and cross-sell banking products, such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, or credit cards, during customer interactions.
