| Requirements Process Executive: 1. Carry out a range of assigned clerical / support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all relevant account / data administration requirements within agreed service standards. 2. Respond to a range of general standard processing enquiries referring to senior colleagues where appropriate. 3. Contribute to the completion of the team’s workload. 4. Adhering to best practices, audit, and compliance requirements. 4. Provide technical capability to resolve incident, service request, problem, change and project queues to ensure completion within SLA or expected timescales, ensuring quality of data recorded. Skills Process Executive: 1. Uses clear and concise speech to communicate effectively and confident in delivery to others 2. Selects appropriate information to complete standard letter 3. Produces accurate and legible written work at all times 4. Uses straightforward personal planning to organise own work effectively. 5. Knows where to find things and adheres to deadlines Staff Engineer Server Operations: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Willing to work in night shift / US business hours. 3.
