Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging security trends. 4. Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Team Leadership & Management: 1. Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. 2. Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure sales team effectiveness and professional growth. 3. Organize team meetings to review sales progress, identify challenges, and implement strategies to drive growth. 4. Create a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales team to foster mutual success. Client Relationship Management: 1.
