Roles & Responsibilities For Finance Executive
- Preparation of Monthly Profit and loss statement following the accounting principles.
- Preparation of various reports required by stakeholders such as capital employed, contribution reconciliation, category performance PPT.
- Creation of month end provisions following the accounting principles.
- Preparation of yearly Business plans and Quarterly Outlooks for the category.
- Monthly fixed cost and GL analysis and highlighting any variations.
- Circulating the Debtors aging/finished goods reports to the stakeholders.
- Costing of the new products that are being planned for launch or existing products in case of any change in recipes etc. keeping in mind all the cost.
- Pricing of the products to be launched in the market.
- Creation of PO’s such as capex, consumables, import etc.
Roles & Responsibilities For Office Associate
- Dealing with external stakeholders
- Processing of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) applications and dealing, assisting & co-ordinating with Optionees on varied matters.
- Handling in-house software applications for data-entry and processing of applications
- Preparation of various documents, including reports, statements and notes.
- Providing able support to seniors in all work which may come up
- Maintenance of proper documentation, physically as well as electronic mode
