Accurately enter meter reading and billing information 2· Accurately enter main utility information and other billing and usage information into a variety of reports / formats 3· Communicate to Customers and Invoice Specialists regarding abnormalities with readings/utility rates entered in the various systems / reports. 4· Create Excel and PDF files of reports and invoices, upload files of tenant charges, and email invoices to Customers and Tenants where applicable. 5· Track stage of assignments in Microsoft Planner 6· Screen and respond to Customer calls coming in regarding Submeter Billing inquiries. 7· Provide courteous and helpful direction for clients to the party that they need to speak with 8· Assist with research related to rates required for invoice generation. 9· Provide training to entry-level team members as needed. 10· Communicate to other staff members of availability to perform additional tasks.
